- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on several factors. Individual condominium units are charged a flat rate of $75 per month. Single-family and row homes are typically billed between 5% and 8% of the monthly rent, depending on the rental amount. Management fees generally decrease as the rental rate increases. At TCS, we strive to maintain our fees as a consistent and transparent monthly dollar amount based on a fair percentage of rent.
