I am your exclusive owner/operator Roofer. I am currently only accepting weekend work. I am committing my monday thru Friday to supervising commercial roofing jobs. But if you want a person that is really upfront and does the work himself, I am your guy. I do not sub out the work or half employees do the work. I'm straightforward with what I identify as your issue. I can usually give you several ways to correct the problem. If you want honest and fair work done by a seasoned professional, reach out to me, and let's get your property in weathertight condition. I love the epoxy floors, too. If you want a luxury floor done by me, reach out for that, too! I will provide samples, and we will get you a ONE OF A KIND floor!

I had a water intrusion issue which was causing significant water damage and rot to the soffit on the front of my house. I initially spoke with another roofer who recommended a full roof replacement despite the fact that my roof was newer. I then found Sam who took the time to diagnose the underlying cause of the water intrusion issue and develop a plan for the most cost efficient repair. Whereas the first contractor I spoke to wanted to a do a full replacement (likely because it was more profitable and easier), Sam came up with a solution that significantly cheaper than a roof replacement. He took pictures of the initial issues so that I could understand what was causing the issue and send progress photos once done. Very responsive and answered the many questions that I have. I highly recommend Sam and will be recommending him to my family and friends.
