I try to connect with my clients on a friendship level so that all parties are comfortable and can enjoy their session. I think the more comfortable is during a session the better images we can capture!
I'm not the type of person who will only capture the images that I have envisioned. I want to hear all ideas from my clients and work those into the shoot to create a really amazing image!
I love getting to meet people from all aspects of life. Typically, a session is scheduled around a really exciting time for someone (engagement, new addition to the family, a gift for mom). I love being a part of all of these special moments and leaving my clients with images they can cherish forever!

I hired Ashley as a surprise for my (now) fiancé & I engagement. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend so I had asked Ashley to hide/sneak around to capture the photos & moment, in secret. Once I met with her to show the location and see how we could accomplish the task at hand, Ashley came up with a great idea of her own. She suggested that I tell my girlfriend that I entered into a raffle & won a discounted photo shoot for our 7 year anniversary, which would keep the suspicion low for as why I wanted to go to this location, while still keeping the real reason (to propose), a secret. I thought this was a great idea, so I decided to go with it. After already being much help with coming up with the idea, Ashley went even more above & beyond and created a digital gift certificate. The certificate was exactly what I needed to make everything seem truly legitimate to my girlfriend. The experience went 100% as planned. Ashley made my fiancé & I feel extremely comfortable which helped to keep myself as calm as possible, while stressing to execute this plan. Our pictures turned out amazingly & the moment was truly captured. Ashley was in contact the whole time, both before and after. She always made sure my concerns or questions were addressed. To top it all off, you would think that all her time & effort would come at a high cost, wrong. It was very affordable & all the 'extras', such as meeting at the location 2 days prior to map it out and creating a gift certificate, were still included in the original price. Once again this was a terrific experience and I would highly recommend Ashley to everyone!!! I promise if you choose her, you will NOT be disappointed!!! I will definitely hire Ashley again in the future! Thank you Ashley :)

We hired Ashley to take our engagement photos and she was friendly, professional, and all around amazing. She put my fiance and i into some amazing poses. She took our ideas and also provided some of her own. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about her profession. We are 110% satisfied with her and we hope to hire her again in the future!!!

I hired Ashley to do high school graduation pictures for my daughter. Ashley was amazing. Not only did she make my daughter feel comfortable, she scouted out the most spectacular venue for the pictures. I am more then pleased with the photos! Additionally, Ashley took the time to do some family photos for us and we used the picture for our Christmas card. I highly recommed A.E. I worked with Ashley on several occasions, and every time she was so pleasant and easy to work with. My fiance and I first met Ashley for an engagement photo session, Ashley made me and more importantly, my fiance feel so comfortable and we all had a great time! The photos came out so good that I made an album of them, gave them as Xmas presents, and have my office decorated with them. She was great at spotting places to shoot photos based on lighting and the scenery. I also invited Ashley to take photos at my bridal shower, which once again I am using the photos for gifts and I made another album because she captured the day and all the details so beautifully. I can not emphasize enough about how easy Ashley is to work with! And her photos are so beautiful! I am so happy I was introduced to Ashley during this time, because I would be heartbroken if I didn't have these photos!

My fiancé and I used Ashley for what I thought were just cute pictures of us, that turned out to be my surprise engagement! Ashley was incredible! She made me feel very comfortable, it was like taking pictures with my best friend! She is very smart and very talented! Our pictures turned out perfect. Overall, the experience was one I will never ever forget and Ashley played a HUGE role in that. She worked with my fiancé before our photos to help him plan everything so that I would be perfect. If you're looking for a photographer who is has great prices, is very helpful and invested in her clients and one who takes great pictures, Ashley is who you need. She is truly a gifted photographer and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get photos taken! You will not regret using her!
