The first initial call was very pleasant and it seemed like Billy had understood the project and our urgency in getting the project done. We agreed on meeting the day after we spoke on the phone for a more accurate quote. The day we were supposed to meet Billy canceled our meeting and we will then agreed on Thursday (3/18) @ Noon. He never showed up, never answered my calls, never responded to any of my text messages and never apologized. We’re extremely disappointed. This company is very unreliable.
