Daniel Grider came out on scheduled date but didn't stay long because he had to pick up his mother. We rescheduled for that following Friday. He came out and did a great job explaining what he was doing and what he found. He was supposed to have gotten an estimate to us the following Wednesday which was the 29th of July and that day came and went and jot word. Gave him another week and nothing. Have tried text messages and messages on Thumbtack and all though there are read receipts he just disappeared. He has not responded in any form or fashion. Really disappointed and even if he showed up today we wouldn't give him the job.
