Introduction: I have no business, but I am trying to get into one, part time, as a change of pace from my present job. I am planning to try to turn this into full time. I cook, I bartend, and I can do catering from my house for small parties. I'm a casual cook; I am pretty good. I am a very good bartender. I'm not a fancy chef, just a "down home damn good" cook. I spent eight years at my last job, moved, and then spent six years at my present job (assistant cook at a hospital), I bartended for 22 years also. I bartend at the hospital Christmas party. I make fantastic pumpkin rolls, my Christmas baking specialty. I can bake, but I prefer to cook. I am Safe Serve certified, with 92% on the test. I just need a change. I am working on getting a website.if I can't do it, I will tell you so. I am a very honest person.
