I really appreciate the help I received with my door issue. He absolutely did not have to go out of his way to assist us, but he still offered to help simply out of the kindness of his heart. He was efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure the situation was handled properly. It is hard to find people who are not only skilled at what they do but also genuinely kind and willing to help. I hired Karim to repair the wood on some decorative molding around my front door, and to paint the moulding. Karim who is such a friendly nice man, came and did a fantastic job. He removed the rotted wood and replaced it, he painted the entire moulding and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend his services. The great thing about Karim is the job turned out to be a bit more than we anticipated but Karim went forward and tackled the job ! You won’t be disappointed with his work.

I hired Karim from Steel’s Home Total Services to repair a sunken concrete corner at my garage entrance, replace the garage door bottom seal, and fix some rotted exterior wood trim.
Unlike other contractors who gave inflated quotes or tried to sell me unnecessary work, Karim gave a very fair, transparent quote for the entire job including materials.
What impressed me most was his attention to structural detail. Rather than just applying a quick surface patch, he properly reinforced the concrete by drilling in metal rebar pins and using top-tier bonding fortifier (Sika) so the repair will actually hold up against heavy vehicles. He rehung the garage door seal cleanly and addressed the damaged wood trim to keep water out.
He is extremely hardworking, efficient, and dedicated to doing the job right. I’m very pleased with the results and will definitely be using him again for future home repairs. Highly recommended!

He came in and saved the day, put my exercise the bike together and hung my curtains on the wall, very respectful, and any female would be happy to have him help you because he’s not trying to get over on you
