- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide fair and competitive pricing based on the scope of work, materials involved, time required, and project complexity. Smaller projects typically have a minimum service fee starting at $250 to cover travel, tools, equipment, and time. I offer transparent quotes, no hidden fees, and optional material purchasing assistance. Discounts may be available for repeat clients, multi-project bookings, and senior homeowners. Quality craftsmanship and excellent communication are always included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I review the customer’s project details and photos, if available. Then I provide a rough estimate and, if needed, schedule an on-site visit to confirm scope and pricing. After we agree on the plan, I schedule the work, purchase materials if requested, and complete the project efficiently and professionally. Once finished, I walk the customer through the completed work to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions. Customer satisfaction and clear communication are my top priorities.

I have a strong background in construction, engineering principles, and home renovation, along with years of hands-on experience in residential repair, remodeling, and carpentry.
