Fiama and her husband are exceptional. They are honest, reliable, and dependable. They always arrive as scheduled and consistently deliver high-quality work. What sets them apart from the other cleaning teams I have had is their hard-working nature and their cooperative attitude. If I ask them to accommodate special requests they will happily accommodate me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer better prices and discounts, if the client get us 3 new clients, they either get a 20% discount or extra cleanings. We also ask that cancelations should be done within 3 days before the service date.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We know techniques and products to be able to offer the best service for our customers and for us it's very important to be able to offer a positive experience for them, exceeds your expectations my duty.

I got experience working with others, cleaning homes, maintaining clean homes and being responsible so my clients can be always satisfied.
