“My pricing is fair and based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning requested, and the condition of the space. I offer flat rates for standard cleanings and customized quotes for deep cleans or move-in/move-out services. No hidden fees — all costs are discussed upfront. Discounts may be available for recurring services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“When working with a new customer, I like to start by understanding their specific cleaning needs. I usually ask a few quick questions about the size of the home, areas that need special attention, and their preferred date and time. Then I provide a quote based on the details. On the day of the service, I arrive on time, fully prepared with all supplies, and I make sure to confirm any priorities before starting. After the job is done, I check in to make sure the customer is happy with the results.”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“I have several years of hands-on experience in residential and move-out cleaning, which has helped me develop strong attention to detail and time management skills. I’ve also completed training in safe cleaning practices, including the proper use of products on different surfaces and how to follow client-specific requests. I continue learning every day to provide the best service possible.”
