Lau responded promptly to my initial inquiry. This gets big points from me to begin with. It's often hard to even get people to call you back. She arranged to meet me at my house (arriving @ 6pm as prearranged) where the scope of work and pricing was discussed. Today was Lau's first day with me and I couldn't be more pleased!! She cleaned thoroughly, efficiently and quietly with her own equipment/products. I will have her back for sure!

fantastic cleaning ladies did a wonderful job! i have a brain tumor with 9 cats so its hard to clean most days but these ladies were definitely wonderful! great price and great work will definitely keep hiring them as regular cleaning ladies! :3
