Extremely professional and attentive. I called on him for a move out cleaning for a rental house. He was honest from the start about what he was able to do with the house based on the state of the carpets and shower stall, etc. I appreciated most that he didn’t try to upsell me on work that was impossible, nor did he claim to do work that he obviously didn’t accomplish. He checked in with me multiple times throughout the cleaning, and even offered a discount at the end because the shower couldn’t physically be cleaned as well as he wanted. Every job that we discussed was accomplished beyond what I expected. This house was not an easy job! I will call on him again and will recommend him to anyone I know who needs a move out cleaning or cleaning in their home. I feel he is trustworthy and well worth the money.

Very thorough and professional cleaning. Took the time to move everything to clean under and around and put everything back in place. The bathrooms and kitchen are spotless. He cleaned from top to bottom of every room. Disinfected everything along the way. I appreciate that he did everything he said he would do well. Stayed til the job was done. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We create our pricing around doing high volume - not high margins. So our goal is to do more business at a competitive rate. We also make sure our W-2 employees are very well compensated.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process requires an in person walkthrough prior to getting on our schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is properly trained on how to disinfect. Because of this, we are required to wear PPE while performing certain tasks during the service.
