I had a great in-home deep tissue massage with Tim. He was professional and communicative regarding my preferences. He gave me helpful feedback on the condition of my spine and muscle tension patterns that no other masseuse has, and made recommendations for relief. I'll continue to use him.

Tim McClain has been working with me as a personal trainer and massage therapist for the last three years. When I started with him I was experiencing chronic back and shoulder pain.That pain has been completely eliminated thanks to Tim and my new workout routine. By following Tim'so advice and his workout regimen I have lost 30 pounds and am now in the best shape of my life. That's saying something considering I'm 67 years old. I started seeing Tim for massage therapy for neck pain related to severe whiplash. The results were so remarkable I decided to try his training program. In following through with all of his excellent training techniques I was able to overcome the pain and limited mobility caused by torn meniscus in both knees. Prior to training with Tim I had trouble squatting and walking long distances. I am now able to run again! I recently ran two 5Ks and a 10K, and I can squat with 55 lbs.of weight on my shoulders. I have been training with Tim for two years and the results have been amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. With his nutritional guidance I have lost 60 lbs. But even more surprising to me, I have dropped 7 dress sizes! The exercise program he gave me completely resculpted my shape so that I now wear a size two (2) which I have never worn before even at the same weight as I am now. In summary I highly recommend Tim for both massage and personal training. It has completely changed my body and my life for the better!
