We had an occasional sewer odor leak in the Petersen Events Center which was a problem since the building had opened in 2002. However, it was not consistent and always seemed to be remedied by pouring some water down into the drains as we thought it was just a dry trap. However, when the problem became truly pervasive, we decided to bring in American Leak Detection to help us out with a smoke test. Their team was amazing. They identified the source of the leak as an open pipe going back to the original construction of the building. This open pipe was completely hidden behind a structural beam and we suspect, was also the gateway used by roaches to access the ceiling areas. We would have NEVER found this open pipe without the work of American Leak Detection. As such, I can wholeheartedly endorse this company. Fantastic job guys! Truly appreciated.

Great experience from booking to payment. Very knowledgeable. Not pushy. Timely. My tech Joe was great. I'm an engineer and can ask a few too many questions sometimes. He listened to me ramble and ask 100 questions. Very honest and never tried to act like he knew all the answers. Talked me through the whole process. Pool had some tears and they did their best repairing. In my opinion, the experience and knowledge gained from talking to the tech was worth half the cost. All around great company and service. Highly recommend.

Fabulous. For a few years I had been trying to determine if I had moisture in my attic. Because of Am. Leak Detection, I now know the status of the affected area and can go forward and make corrections. You are a life saver! ! ! Plus the staff should enjoy equal thanks - they were fabulous and very respectful.
