- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive but I leave room for flexibility!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I aim to speak with new customers as soon as possible. That way I can get the best idea of what they desire and how I am able to achieve them. I am open to in-person meetings, text, phone calls, FaceTime, or Zoom to discuss everything in greater detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of customer service and management experience. I am also a licensed real estate agent with specialized training in residential/commercial property management. I also have a professional degree in Ethic and Diversity studies.
