- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on size of tiles, square footage and any repairs it may need. Every job is different. We like to schedule free estimate and demo, to put eyes on your project. We find sometimes clients don't know they have a problem, such as loose tiles or cracks or missing grout. We can address these issues at time of estimate, so there is no added cost at end of job, they know up front the cost. We are full service tile and grout service. Our services are very affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule Free Estimate and Demonstration to learn what the clients want and expect from our company. We want our clients to learn more about their floors, showers, counter tops and back splashes and their natural stone surfaces. We educate the clients on our process of restoring their grout and tile, because it is the strongest surface or floor in their home and the possibility of it lasting for many more years to come, if they properly maintain it. We do not use machinery or steam on the surfaces, as that is not good for your grout or tile surfaces. Let them know how to further maintain these surfaces. Explain our in house made cleaners and sealers. This is a very affordable service and is 3 times less the amount to replace a floor or shower.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are on the job trained, in the office trained and pass a certification exam. It is an extensive process. So when a technician walks in to a job he knows exactly what a client needs. Every person on Our Team is a Trained and Certified Professional Technician.
