Hired Mikhail to do some odd jobs around the house in preparation for a sale. Mostly a solid experience! Friendly, easy to communicate with, and responsive. In terms of the quality of the work, a little bit of a mixed bag. Things that were functional fixes were done perfectly (as far as I can tell) - fixing a toilet, a sink faucet that was leaking, a piece of window trim that had fallen off, painting some stairs, replacing a bifold door, replacing some drop ceiling tiles that had some water damage, and fixing a gutter downspout. We also had him replace the trim around the outside of a side door of the house - that was an OK job. Perfectly functional, but aesthetically a little rough around the edges. Also, when replacing the drop ceiling tiles, one of the tiles wasn't cut correctly and there was a significant gap showing, and one of the stair risers wasn't painted. However, when we pointed that out, Mikhail was quick and willing to come back to the house to take care of those items, so that was super appreciated.
