It was my first experience bringing someone to clean the house. The ladies came on time and did most of the work during the 4 hours period. They actually worked more than 4 hours to get everything cleaned. I have two points to mention in this review: 1. I didn’t get a confirmation until one day before the date I needed the service (I requested the service 8 days before the due date). I kept sending many messages to confirm if they are coming. I had a very serious reason that specific date the house should be cleaned well, no other alternative date. So the communication was not as it supposed to be. 2. I didn’t know about some to the cleaning details. For example, although I requested check out deep cleaning, I was told that cleaning walls are not included when the ladies came, not before that. That might be because it was my first experience, but again, I wished everything was clearer earlier. I would have them again and I recommend them to anyone 👍🏻

Smart MaidsPRO service is outstanding, exceptional, reliable, dependable, and highly professional. The interview experience with Smart made our decision very easy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. After hiring them, they did a complete walk-through planning session with us, which was extremely helpful in showing us what would be done during the cleaning.
