We have been doing this for over 30 years so we are up on all of the latest technology. Not only do we take pride in the way the system sounds but also in the way it looks. No one wants to see an unlevel TV or ugly wires hanging everywhere. The system should blend in seamlessly with the home or room it is in. And last, our customer service after the sale is second to none. We do very little advertising. Most of our business comes from referrals. Guys showed up no time and had all the tools to mount my 75 inch tv. Centered and mounted all in an hour time for cheaper than the big box store doing it.

Chris and Mike did a great job. They were responsive on our first call to set up the free estimate. They were prompt for the estimate. When they came for the installation they were punctual, neat, and did a great job on what was a more complex install than usual. Once the TV was installed, they showed us how to use the remotes. They cleaned up nicely and left us all our old cords. We are very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are continuously going through training, keeping up on the latest technologies, attending trade shows when possible.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for an upscale audio/video company back in 1992 selling boomboxes and cell phones. I slowly worked my way up through the company, eventually managing a 20,000 square foot showroom in Ft. Myers, Fl. In 2007 I decided it was time to start my own company, moved back to Pittsburgh (was born and raised here) and it's been great ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do everything from mounting TVs (we handle all of the installations for one of the local big box retailers) to designing and installing whole home music systems, dedicated theater systems along with commercial audio/video systems.
