Sam was such a pleasant person to have in the space for multiple projects, so many hours of work. He was respectful of the home, patient with some surprise elements of my home he encountered (I didn’t realize one of my doors he needed to cut into was metal) and overall friendly and positive with the work laid out for him. I’ll be calling him again for some projects in the future, because he makes the jobs accessible and will honestly tell you if you can do it on your own, or if it’s best for a professional to handle it.

Sam was so amazing from day one. He showed up when he said he was going to and was very communicative about when he would be coming. He went above and beyond when the project turned out to be way more involved than he originally thought. He stuck it out, completed the job and exceeded our expectations for a very reasonable price. Very trustworthy and felt comfortable with him at our home when we weren’t there. Will definitely be using him again for more projects! We were probably the worst possible customers for Mr. Gallardo. Our project was small, and we were trying to have it done at the last minute in advance of a family wedding. We wanted to have some work done on our bathroom for years but didn’t get around to it until the last minute. Sam bent over backwards to fit us into his schedule. He considered the job, gave us good advice about our plan along with an estimate that did not change. He took every possible step to complete our project efficiently, professionally, and with minimal intrusion into our routine. Because of the short notice, the job was broken up into a couple of days. At the end of each day, the work area was clean and orderly. The work he performed exceeded our expectations and was done thoroughly, including those little touches that I would have never thought about. We are very happy with his work and would use him again in a heartbeat.
