Introduction: We do one-time cleaning, including the following: * A 900-square foot, 2-bedroom home/ apartment with five rooms, starts at $74 * A 1,300-square foot, single-story home with seven rooms starts at $95 * A 2,200 two-story, three-bedroom home with nine rooms starts at $149 We offer vacuuming, dusting and scrubbing sinks, floors, countertops and range hoods. We offer loading the dishwasher and changing bed linen, if wanted. We do not do laundry service. The typical cleaning is 3 to 5 hours. If more time is needed, a 10% will be added every hour. We give 10% discount on monthly cleaning excluding add-ons. We do weekly or biweekly cleaning at a 24% discount, excluding add-ons. Add-ons include oven or refrigerator cleaning runs at $20 each. Dusting mini blinds is $15. Vacuum must be provided.
