From initial contact to job completion Egan's checked all the boxes that I look for in a professional contractor.
Most impressive is Kevin's honesty and attention to detail. We did a full walk through of what needed to be fixed and he carefully evaluated each issue and explained the anticipated course of action. He took the time to discuss and answer my questions. His written quote was also very detailed so I knew exactly what I was paying for with no surprises. Kevin also went out of his way to track down a special part in order to repair, as opposed to replace, bathroom sink fixtures. He replaced a kitchen sinkfaucet, replaced supply lines, installed some new shut off valves, etc. Kevin clearly takes pride in his work and did an awesome job at a very fair price!
I can say that whatever plumbing needs I need in the future I will be reaching out to Egan's first and foremost!

Egan went above and beyond to tackle what I thought was a simple fix. Fantastic communication and transparency from start to finish. He identified and solved the issue quickly and he worked super clean. Other than the new faucet and access panel you wouldn’t know he had been there. Highly recommend.

They were great. I had an emergency situation where my faucet handle broke and launched like a missile during a shower. Water was blasting from the hole. After shutting off the water, I had called someone over right away. They couldn’t help me because they couldn’t get the parts and told me to call Egan. Egan got to me in about an hour, found the issue quickly and had the parts needed right in his truck. I’m so grateful. 🥹

Kevin was fantastic - exceptionally communicative, prompt, and friendly. He consulted on a leaky pipe in our yard, explained the problem thoroughly and efficiently, and got the job done the very next day! We will certainly be returning to him for any future plumbing needs!
