I’m blown away! I sent out a request late last night, and Viktor was so professional and responsive. He was able to source my high quality water heater and give me quotes with a schedule for the next day without a lot of back and forth or phone calls.
He is quick to respond and commits to his promises. He got back to me the next morning. He picked up my heater for me for a reasonable fee. He communicated every step of the way.
He accepts online payments, sends pictures, and sets expectations so you don’t have to worry.
My basement is old, and I was embarrassed that I had some tubs in the pathway. Viktor was such a gentleman. He didn’t fuss, helped me clear the way, and returned everything back to the way it was found. 10/10. By far my favorite part.
