Working with Floors By Napoli was a wonderful experience. Carmen is extremely kind, caring, responsive and really listens to what the customer wants and follows through. He’s very detail oriented and writes down all of the requests in the contract that you sign. Carmen is very easy to talk to and follows up with texts throughout the project to remind of upcoming events or touch base. When it came time to work on the project, he had his crew with Marcos leading it. Marcos is extremely skilled and focuses on the more complex parts of the job. He takes his time and figures out how to best install the stair landing which was the most challenging part of the job. Marcos is attentive as well and goes above and beyond to help. This was a decently big job ripping up carpets and installing bamboo flooring in six rooms and hallway. I would highly recommend using Floors By Napoli and would happily use them again. Thank you again Carmen, Marcos and crew for all of your hard work and in helping me beautify my home!

Carmen and his crew are incredible to work with! I am really picky about what I wanted for my floors and Carmen was so patient and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and were able to schedule me within a few weeks of choosing the flooring I wanted. His team were at my house all day, working on two rooms, a staircase and two landings and everything turned out better than I had hoped for. The price was very affordable, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. In fact, I received a reduced invoice because when the original carpeting was ripped up, it was determined I didn't need underlying plywood. Total pros, honest, and they do beautiful work!

Carmen was very professional and his crew did an excellent job. I was in a tight schedule with different projects for the home lining up and Carmen went above and beyond to install the flooring for me before others starts. He gathered his crew to install the flooring in 2 days. He has so much dedication for his work and respectful. Will definitely hire him again and highly recommend for others

If looking for new floors - you can stop here, Carmen is your guy. I was honestly blown away by how responsive, consultative, and high quality this entire experience was. First time home owner - with some unique existing floors in place we had to work around. Carmen gave multiple (all great) ideas - was never trying to “sell me” on anything. In addition - him and his crew were SO nice to my wife and baby throughout the project while I was tied up at work. I could go on forever here, but I have to say this is easily the best flooring option if you are in need. The quality is unreal - I had OLD OLD flooring, and now I have brand new - hardly any sounds at all (squeak) which is amazing. Highly recommend
