van Gogh Pet Sitting has now be coming my go to for pet sitting. They went above and beyond while pet sitting my dogs for 2 weeks. Took them extra walks, took them on outings (at my request since my dogs love car rides) sent me update pictures and left my house looking the same if not better then the way I left it ! Also there was one point where I ran out pet supply on my trip which is complete my fault I should have made sure I had enough before I left. But they went head and re-purchased them with out the hassle of calling me on vacation and notified me when I returned. I really appreciated that because they didn’t interrupt my vacation and they just took care of all my pets needs and did what was best for pets to keep them happy and healthy. Lastly I did end up extended my trip last minute and they where able to accommodate me even with the last minute request which I was grateful for. I was more than happy to pay the fare & reasonable rate they charge and even needed up paying extra because I want thank them for the outstanding service I received which was above my expectations

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come over for a consultation with the animal if the client wishes. The client can walk me through their personal process to ensure smooth visits.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
A few years ago, a close family friend asked me to watch their dog. They recommended me to another friend and the rest is history!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all different dog breeds, cat breeds, small animals, and aquatic animals. I am always open to new challenges.
