Introduction

We don't use subcontractors. I have personnally trained my crew to do the work in the proper manner. At the end of each job I ask the customer if we can use them as a reference. If there is any criticism, I make the necessary adjustments. Word of mouth is our best form of advertisement and it is much more effective than TV, radio, etc. I enjoy meeting new people and earning their trust. It makes me feel very good when they give me permission to use them as a reference.
