This is an update to my review. Following up on my initial requests, the owner personally reassessed my home job resulting in me hiring her services. Her sincere response and caring, plus all the great reviews to date, indicates to me that Ali’s cleaning offers the integrity level I am looking for. I agree that the “agency” is professional in their initial response. However in the end, after interview and job assessment and job revision offer which was declined, it became apparent that the level and type of cleaning service offered is quite scant.
