The city turned off my water at the street level because water was going into the neighbors basement. I called many plumbers to help but they were either not available or too expensive. Someone referred me to Got Drains. I called and spoke to the owner and Master plumber Maurice who was able to obtain the special permit from the water department and complete the job for an affordable price. Maurice was excellent, always answered my call and sent videos to prove the job was done. I would highly recommend Maurice and Got Drains because you will undoubtedly be in Excellent hands.

I called Gotdrains Inc stressed and already annoyed from dealing with plumbing issues, and they immediately put me at ease. They showed up when they said they would (which matters more than people realize), figured out the problem quickly, and fixed it without trying to upsell me or talk in circles. Everything was explained clearly, the work was clean, and the issue was actually resolved, not “patched.” I appreciated the honesty and professionalism more than anything. I’d 100% call them again and recommend them without hesitation.
