Services were exceptional. I reached out and Lamont responded super fast and set up a date and time to haul some junk. He showed up on time and did a great job. The price was reasonable unlike a lot of others. I will be utilizing him for additional work.

I inherited a job from my daughter at the last minute. I am COMPLETELY PLEASED with the job EZ YOUR MIND JUNK REMOVAL did. They were quick to respond, communicated clearly and pleasantly, quick with an estimate, and could do the work the very next morning. Although theirs was not the lowest bid, they were able to tell me how they planned to haul two pickup trucks' worth of junk in one work vehicle. Their professionalism and confident description of how they would do it made me realize I would not be dealing with amateurs. This is always my fear when I use someone new for a service, because I myself in my younger days have bid on jobs I was not certain I could do. We learn by making mistakes but as a customer we want EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS. Lamont and crew stayed in touch, were punctual, and did the job in record time. As I stood up from the lawn on this very hot day I walked a couple of feet, got dizzy and almost fell. Lamont was solicitous, not shaken by an an old lady almost passing out, and assisted me down the hill to the job. In my younger days I dug in and did physical work myself-- neither my kids or I is used to the limitations of being a "seventy-something gal." We're all getting used to the new normal, and I can't tell you how pleased I am to have found a good service like this one. Would call on them again in a heartbeat.
