I had a couple security cameras that I wanted removed from the exterior of my house, and I’m happy to have had Joel for the job. He was on time, professional, accommodating, quick, and respectful of the property and my schedule. I appreciate his thoroughness, and was very pleased with the final walk-through after he wrapped up.

I highly recommend B-Tech for security camera installation. He installed 3 cameras at my rental property in Philadelphia and he truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I live in Georgia, so everything had to be coordinated remotely and he was incredibly patient, professional and helpful every step of the way. Not only did he complete the installation smoothly, but he also took the time to help me walk through the app on my phone and made sure everything was working correctly before finishing the job. Communication was excellent. he was dependable, knowledgeqble and made the entire provess stress-free. It is hard to find technicians who are both skilled and genuinely caring about customer service. I am very thankful I found him on Thumbtack and would absolutely use him again.
