I live in Georgia, so everything had to be coordinated remotely and he was incredibly patient, professional and helpful every step of the way. Not only did he complete the installation smoothly, but he also took the time to help me walk through the app on my phone and made sure everything was working correctly before finishing the job.
Communication was excellent. he was dependable, knowledgeqble and made the entire provess stress-free. It is hard to find technicians who are both skilled and genuinely caring about customer service. I am very thankful I found him on Thumbtack and would absolutely use him again.
