Very happy with Crass Hauling for my recent move to PA. I was contacted by Jeff Crass within a very short time of completing the Thumbtack profile. I explained to Jeff that I was moving in 2 days and that we would need his services for the unloading of all the furniture and household items from our rental truck we were driving from NJ. He assured me that 3 men would be at my home at 9:00 a.m., even though it was a Sunday! His men arrived at 8:50 a.m. and finished in an hour. They were pleasant and professional. Happy in Mt. Joy! Mr Crass and his staff of two men moved our household of three women's belongings. Items were moved from attic, second floor, main floor and garage, including a snowblower, etc. They were very efficient and most courteous. His rate was reasonable and I would definitely hire him again.

The guys that showed up worked so hard and did a great job. The only complaint was that they said they would be there at 7 a.m. Saturday morning and didn't show up until 8:30 or so. It would have been nice if someone would have called and given us a heads up, but the job they did was great.
