Jeff Crass and his crew were wonderful! We used them for moving and for junk removal. They helped our family of four move from an apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floor in the city to a four bedroom residence. It was a big move as we needed to use Jeff's truck plus a 24 foot truck. When Jeff stopped by our apartment to give us a more accurate quote, he gave us plenty of helpful moving tips and discussed with us ways that we could decrease the overall cost. He even stopped over later and gave us moving boxes for free because he just had a client that was throwing them away! I spoke with four moving companies, and he definitely impressed me the most. No sales pitch, just a very real, honest conversation about how his team could support our move. He also allowed us to use some of our own people on moving day which decreased our total expense. His team was friendly and hard working. If you use them, consider labeling your boxes. Our boxes had labels that stated what was inside and where the box should be placed in our new home. Jeff and his team was very grateful for the labels and put everything in the appropriate room! Our new home is big with three floors, a basement, detached garage, and two additional sheds... there were a lot of places our stuff needed to go... Anyways, Jeff and his crew worked great with our family/friends and had little hesitation with going to the third floor for the "20th time." If your looking for a reliable, flexible moving company, you should turn to Crass Hauling.

Mr Crass and his staff of two men moved our household of three women's belongings. Items were moved from attic, second floor, main floor and garage, including a snowblower, etc. They were very efficient and most courteous. His rate was reasonable and I would definitely hire him again.

Very happy with Crass Hauling for my recent move to PA. I was contacted by Jeff Crass within a very short time of completing the Thumbtack profile. I explained to Jeff that I was moving in 2 days and that we would need his services for the unloading of all the furniture and household items from our rental truck we were driving from NJ. He assured me that 3 men would be at my home at 9:00 a.m., even though it was a Sunday! His men arrived at 8:50 a.m. and finished in an hour. They were pleasant and professional. Happy in Mt. Joy!
