Richard was a great help! Before having him come out we tried to fix some wiring issues over video call. He walked us through some options and we were able to figure out the issue pretty quickly! Mike called ahead to make sure it was ok to arrive earlier than planned. He was really nice and luckily the issue was just a tripped breaker. Richard had called me before setting up my appt and had tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone. Our breaker box is old and apparently mislabeled, so had I known what a tripped breaker looked like I would have realized it was a different one. Haha!!! Mike showed me which breaker was tripped and how to reset it and then checked to make sure power was back on in the room that lost it. He also showed me why my space heater tripped it and how to prevent that in the future. While I hope to not have a lot of electrical issues, I am absolutely calling DS Burkholder again if I need help!
