Dion came out to diagnose the cause of the water leaking into 1 corner of my basement. He quickly found the cause and informed me of the remedy. He spent over an hour at the house. He clearly is very knowledgeable on many aspects of construction. I will hire him to do the repairs . He put no pressure on me and offered several remedies.
