- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer up front pricing, meaning that the cost of your project is tailored to the type of work you need done. Once a price has been agreed upon, the total cost will not change unless approved by both the customer and the company. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting new customers, we like to get a thorough understanding of what needs done before jumping in to anything. This usually includes a visual home inspection and detailed conversation with the customer of what the project goals or service needs are.
