- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the customer and find exactly what they are in need of so that i may quote them no more than is necessary and get the job done to the customers approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of experience installing HVAC in new homes giving me the opportunity to learn electrical, and plumbing along with a complete understanding of HVAC from the ground up.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was looking for a way to be able to work with my hands right out of high school and found the trades to posses everything i was looking for in a career.
