What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing all depends on how many bedrooms, bathrooms, extra rooms and how dirty it may be. The price I give is usually the firm price no matter if when I get to the job it looks like more work than I expected.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically mop and vacuum floors and make sure which flooring you have to clean the right way. I dust everything. In the kitchen I would clean counters, floors, cabinets, microwaves, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers. Bathrooms I would clean showers, tubs, sinks, cabinets and toilets. I do accommodate to other things you may need. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, I WILL RETURN AND FIX ANYTHING THAT WAS MISSED. This rarely happens but I want you to be sure to know that I back up my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years in in the cleaning profession.
