Hello! ...we specialize in move out or in cleans. Every one of my clients received their deposits back! I dig deep and get everything nice and clean. I take pride in my work and treat your home as if I would treat my own. Hired Stephanie for a one time deep cleaning. She excels at removing stubborn stains in baths,showers, and toilets. The kitchen counters,appliances and floor sparkled. Bedrooms,family room etc dusted,vacuumed,wood floors gently mopped clean. Was impressed so started on a biweekly cleaning.. Stephanie and her crew continue to maintain high standards cleaning my home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing all depends on how many bedrooms, bathrooms, extra rooms and how dirty it may be. The price I give is usually the firm price no matter if when I get to the job it looks like more work than I expected.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically mop and vacuum floors and make sure which flooring you have to clean the right way. I dust everything. In the kitchen I would clean counters, floors, cabinets, microwaves, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers. Bathrooms I would clean showers, tubs, sinks, cabinets and toilets. I do accommodate to other things you may need. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, I WILL RETURN AND FIX ANYTHING THAT WAS MISSED. This rarely happens but I want you to be sure to know that I back up my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years in in the cleaning profession.
