FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment Terms • Payment Due Upon Completion Full payment is required immediately upon completion of the job. No portion of the balance will be delayed unless a prior written agreement has been made. • Late Fee A $50 late fee will be added to any unpaid balance if payment is not made on the date of job completion. Travel & Diagnostic Fee • Flat Rate Diagnostic & Travel Fee – $150 This fee covers travel time, fuel, and a complete on-site system diagnostic. The diagnostic fee is non-refundable and is due regardless of whether repairs are authorized or completed. • If the customer approves the recommended repair or installation, the $150 diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total invoice (optional). • If the customer declines service after diagnosis, the $150 remains due to cover time, travel, and professional expertise.
