Introduction: The Lymphatic Cleanse in particular is done on the skin level without proceeding into the deep tissue. It's done through a sequence of gentle, rythmic movements that are effective because we know where the lymph collectors, or pathways, travel under the skin and we can directly and immediately stimulate increased flow. This is done in such a calming yet scientifically accurate way that it has benefits beyond the relaxation you will immediately feel. I find a great parallel between my many modes of healing practice, whether yoga or Lymphatic Cleanse, or Thai Massage, even teaching art, I experience a moment with the client or student where they realize that they have healed something. There is a communication that builds, between the person, their body, mind and loving forces around them that will only grow stronger when we are receptive and aware. I love being involved in those moments with people.

I have had a number of lymph treatments with Cassie in her space at Kaleidoscope Angels. To start, the room is beautiful and so relaxing and comforting. The treatment is similar to a light, gentle massage focused on key points of the body. It is very calming and quiet. Tension just melts out of the body. However, the best part is how I feel the day after a treatment! The calmness lingers but I feel rejuvenated and energized. Cassie is lovely and makes the whole experience easy. I don't understand how it works, but it is one of the best self-care things that I do.

I have had many services with Cassie (Lymph drainage, Facial lymph, Thai massage, yoga). Everything she does is amazing! My experience with the Lymph system aided with a good results. I felt tired at first, but I knew Cassie worked everything through the Lymph's for me to detox what was stuck and blocking in the body. Overall, if anyone has never had a treatment, I would highly recommend it.

I suffered for years with chronic Lyme disease , a friend told me about Cassie and I decided to go have a lymphatic drainage massage. I am so glad I did - it was so relaxing and so beneficially to my recovery Right after she was done my pale sick looking face was alive and rosy with so much color I could feel so much stagnant lymph moving out of my head and my brain fog clearing I can't wait to schedule another session She is so wonderful at this practice and never , not once did I feel uncomfortable or tense 5 stars This is true cleansing and healing Namaste?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely, this is key. I love learning, and especially in this field it is important to know what is progressing and in what ways. I research based on the needs of my clients, I consult with other professionals, and I take courses, workshops, and attend lectures to expand on what I have studied already.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Deciding to get into this line of work was simple. It may seem strange to say, but it began before I was born. I was born with several issues involving my Lymphatic System and so things have come full circle in that way. I have a invested interest in helping others understand how good they can feel through cleansing because it can change your whole outlook. It gave me life when the doctor thought I would not make it, hence the draw to yoga later on, a real honor to be living this life. Now there is time for sharing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly I teach about 13 regular weekly yoga classes as well as treat clients looking for Lymphatic Cleanse.
