We received four estimates and we decided to go with Basement Water Proofing Etc because of the following reasons:
1- They were professional and polite. This was very important because one of the companies' owner (A.J. Water proofing) was very grumpy and disrespectful.
2- They were local and with good reviews.
3- They were accepting different forms of payments.
4- Their price was reasonable.
The entire process was smooth. Frank came over on time, described the process, and provided the estimate, professionally and politely! The contract was sent by their office and deposit was collected. The crew arrived on the site on the scheduled date and time. It is still too early to talk about the final quality, however, so far we are happy with the service.
Just one recommendation for the company:
Because of the nature of the work, the crew get very exhausted toward the end of the job, so, cleaning of the job's site becomes the second priority. It is best to implement a strategy to help the crew in this matter. For example: asking the crew to take a five minutes break before they start working on the cleaning.

Frank and his team did a great job, end-to-end for a drain and sealing job. They came out quickly to assess the situation and educate me on the options available. Once we set a price, they were back out in few days for the install, always open to answering our questions in the process. Work was great and clean. He stated if we have any issues, to feel free to reach back out which was very reassuring! We would recommend Frank and team to anyone!
