Tyler came in and got right to work and was in and out in about a hour or so.Showed me what was wrong and what the solution was upfront.Was super nice to our family and my kidsThey worked with my Schedule and came as late at 5pm to work on my unit.A different hvac company told us nothing was wrong and we need a whole new set up and Tyler fixed it and gave us longer lifespan of the unit.We are having our third child in 6 days so Im beyond thankful Tyler got this handled for our family so we do not have to stress.A1 company.

These guys are great! We had an entire HVAC system installed in our house, that replaced our old one that was 30 years old. The installation was flawless, and on time. It was 85 degrees in the house by the afternoon and very uncomfortable for me and the pets.I didnt want to call for repairs on a weekend, due to higher costs, but I didnt have a choice because the rain started and was going to force me to close the windows.On a recommendation of someone in my neighborhood, I called Yeti. Tyler called me back and he agreed to come over and was here within 25 mins.Personable and professional, Tyler quickly diagnosed the issue, walked me through everything he was doing, and got the unit running again. He also came back the next day, when his time and work were not at premium rates, to clean the outside unit carefully. He could have just as easily done it while he was there but didnt want to charge me the Sunday rates if I was okay with him coming back during the week. Loved that!It didnt stop there because he called to ensure the house was cooling properly and he kept his word to come back to check the unit to see if it needed recharged, which I suspected it did.Tyler and Yeti Heating and Cooling are now my go to and will be my recommendation for anyone who asks!Great service, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service.
