- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have several different ways of pricing quotes, for example some jobs might be priced per hour, or some may be priced per square foot, or linear feet. It depends on what type of work is requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the new customer, and get the exact details on the job they are requesting. After that, I try to setup a time for me to come look at the actual job being requested, so then I can give them an accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started learning this type of work at an early age with my father. My attention to detail comes from serving in the United States Army, I would have to say.
