I would highly recommend that you stir clear of this company. I purchased a groupon and paid an additional $500 to have my driveway paved. After the driveway lady and her crew were done my driveway looked worst than when they started. The cracks that they attempted to fill were like mini speed bumps on my driveway! I called the owner to ask her to come out and fix the cracks and she stated that "somebody always wants something for nothing." She did come and "repair" the cracks but made them looks worst again. There is a white residue all around the cracks that hasn't even washed away since it rained. The company provided very poor customer service and I would advise not to waste your money on her services! This certainly was a HORRIBLE experience.

I had a similar experience with "The Driveway Lady". Purchased a I bought an Amazon Local coupon for $140 for sealing (didn't include crack filling). I read the fine print that said that it covers up to 1000 square ft. When we called she assured us that this is typical and scheduled an appointment to seal the driveway two weeks later. A few days before the scheduled date we were called to reschedule because of the threat of rain and her next date was 1 month later. On the day before they were coming they said that the estimate was $120 more then the Amazon Local price based on their measurement of 1500 sq ft. I measured myself and the driveway is 1350 sq ft. I might have been willing to pay for the actual square ft price, if they were up front and provided an honest estimate in the beginning. Given the quality issues that I see I am so gad that I cancelled. Bottom line - read the fine print, always get an estimate up front and do your research ( I wish I had)

From reading the reviews, it sounds like I'm not the only one to have a bad experience. In short, I saw a living social for 150 dollars for them to seal my driveway. Before I ordered I emailed with the company, who assured me the voucher would cover my entire driveway and that I am safe to order. The day of, they never came or answered my phone calls. I got a phone call later that night at 9:30 saying their truck broke down and they would come out the next month. The night before they were supposed to seal the driveway they came out and told me it would be an extra 50 dollars to seal my driveway because it was 100 sq ft over the voucher limit of 1000 (by the way, it's not). I told them I had an email from their company assuring me the voucher would cover my driveway because they did a google image scan and that is why I went ahead with the purchase. The owner refused to look at the email and said its either an extra 50 or they would only do part of the driveway. I felt lied to and told her to not come out (figuring I would deal with living social for a refund rather than her). She then told me are you sure because you'll lose your voucher, you won't get a refund. I went ahead and called living social and they told me she marked the voucher as redeemed for services and they had a 24 hr cancellation policy ( I guess that cancellation policy didn't apply to me the first time they didn't show up). Long and short of it, the owner was trying to get an extra 50 dollars out of me and then went ahead and marked the voucher as redeemed so I would have a harder time getting a refund. I got my refund but I felt compelled to write this review to save someone else the headache of dealing with a dishonest contractor, because in my opinion there is nothing worse. Please do yourself a favor and don't risk it. I did it myself and I'm glad they didn't.

Very bad experience with this company. I purchased a "deal" through one of the coupon sites. I paid $149 for a voucher that was valued at $300. I've had my driveway sealed in the past and it's run me under $300. The coupon stated that it would cover 1,000 square feet. Since I don't know the size of my driveway, I figured based on price comparison it sounded about right. I felt that I was the one that really had to follow up to get the driveway scheduled. I called numerous times before pinning down a time. Then on the scheduled date I called again because I hadn't heard from them. She arrived at a time when I wasnt home and immediately called me and said that it would cost an additional $279! So with the "value" of my coupon my driveway would cost almost $600. Never, ever have I come close to paying that amount and we've lived in our home for 12 years. I asked for a refund of the coupon and she said no. So I was really stuck between a rock and a hard place. I told her to complete the work. No mind you I'm not home at this time. I asked her to leave a bill and she said that she would just wait for me to come home. I felt that was very unprofessional. As my son was home alone, I ran home to write her a check. No sooner did I get in my door and begin writing the check that she was knocking. When I handed her the check she didn't even look at me and snatched the check out of my hand. Later that evening I went out to look at the driveway. We had a basketball court painted on the driveway. The seal coating is so thin that you can still see the lines. Some parts the white of the lines shows through. So clearly not only was it a rip off, the quality is poor. Honestly, they should be out of business. In her defense, her voucher states that there could be extra cost. But it was exorbitant and I feel that she is abusing the system to earn extra money. And using a poor quality product to boot.

i am the driveway lady it stats on those voucher that they cover 1000 sq ft an .25 a sq ft after i have living social an amazon put that there so people can not cheat me an so they cannot say i am cheating them all they have to do is measure there driveway . I Dont tell any one they have to do there driveway they do not buy the deal off of me they dont give me there money they give it to who ever they buy the deal from. it is not my fault if you dont read the voucher or you do an you try to cheat me it stats on that voucher that i will give you a quote for extra sq ft it also stats that you need to cancel 24 hours a head of time f you want to know how much it will cost ahead of time you should measure it an if you dont know how ask me an i will tell you an if it is raining or calling for rain i will not do your driveway i dont care how long it takes ! IFi do your driveway you are very lucky to get me i do very good work an i guarante it if you can get me i am very busy an i will not be cheated or black mailed in to doing your driveway for nothing because i am a woman that is why i stat every thing in thoses vouchers because there are people out there trying to cheat me or black mail me into do ing there driveway for nothing say they will give me a bad review because i charge them the extra sq ft they dont care how big there driveway is the think they can black, mail me because i am a woman well they Cant JEAN LAZROVITCH THE DRIVEWAYLADY
