Nick helped me ease my way back to a consistent routine at the gym. I like that he truly listens to you and is also very attentive of your limitations. I've been a client about 5 months or so and Im very happy with my results. I don't know how much weight I lost because I didn't weigh myself in the beginning but it's probably over 20 pounds! I've learned a lot about macros and what that means and being mindful of all those things. I've went from getting tired walking up steps to doing all kinds of lifting, strength and stability workouts. I'm very grateful! If pick your trainer you will not be disappointed.
