The responsiveness of the company was quick and their availability to fit me in last minute was just what I needed. Being a full-time working (outside of the home) mom, it’s hard t stay on top of the household chores. It’s my favorite day of the week when I come home to a Kilo-clean house!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a few discounts for recurring clients. We are currently running a promotion for thumbtack recurring customers only: 20% off your first clean, 10% off the next 5 cleans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have our customers fill out a form online to give us more information on their home. With this information we then provide a quote. We always like to follow up with customers to see if they have any questions or areas of focus before cleaning their home for the first time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our cleaners have at least 2 years of professional cleaning experience and are all insured.
