I asked to put on spare and only tighten two of my lug nuts the rest were all loose and I realized after driving 20min from work

Hi Eppo, when I arrived several of the lug nuts were already stripped and extremely difficult to remove. I explained this to you on site and had to use special lug nut extractors just to get them off so the spare tire could be installed. Because of the damaged hardware, I advised that the lug nuts should be replaced as soon as possible. The condition of the existing lug nuts was present before service and required extra work to remove, they could not be tightened properly in the present condition. My goal is always to get customers safely back on the road.
