Amit is not the only trainer I had ,but by far the bestBefore I was use to train hard and hurt worst ! Working with Amit I learned to take care of my body while working out and getting far better results while protecting and preserving my body and health .I love how he is patient with me and always willing to explain why I should do things a certain way .Amit has changed the way I think about working out .as well as how I work out allowing my body to get what it needs .while getting the results I want .and he is a really cool guy :)
