The reason I joined Amit and his 90 day program was not only to loose weight and work on strength, but also to improve endurance so I can keep up with my children without feeling drained by the end of the day. I joined this program for a kick start after a year and half of no type of exercising. As enthusiastic as I was to start I was super anxious too. Amit's 12 week plan was perfect for me to burn all the fat and increase strength. He worked on setting up the perfect plan for me. Everyone has expectations for themselves, and I did not think I would see results as soon as I did!   • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Back in January of 2011 I decided to commit myself to the life of Fitness and to being fit, for the sake of transforming my mind, body, and health. And let me tell you I STRUGGLED, I smoked 3 packs of cigarettes a week, I felt weak and tired all the time. I had no idea how to eat properly to fuel the fitness goals that I wanted to reach. That’s when I took it upon myself to study a structured way of working out and eating proper nutrition, along with proper techniques of Strength movements, and personal training from the top coaches in the industry.
