Elite has fantastic trainers! Gio made sure to tailor my workouts specifically to my fitness goals, explained the benefits of the exercises we’re doing and what muscles we were targeting, and consistently shows me new exercises. Also sets up the meal plan precisely to you and your day to day life. He’s a good, personable dude who cares about doing a great job and helping you better yourself.

I have had the pleasure of working with Elite Health and Fitness for a few years now. I started out working with Giovanni who truly cares and possesses a very real interest in his clients' health and well being. Recently I have had the privilege of working with Bridgette as well. She too is very devoted to helping her clients work to their best abilities and potential to reach their personal goals. These two know their stuff about training as well as meal planning and meal prepping. They both are also very knowledgeable about the safety and effectiveness of the supplements out there on the market. I really enjoy working with both of them.
