- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am the Builder that became a Broker my father was in construction so I knew it well. I worked building homes and found myself handling lot sales due to a site agent not being on site. This lady made more money then I did and did not know as much or work as hard. This caused me to take the classes and get my license. My skills in the trades have helped my clients so many times i have lost count.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Custome should ask the agent what they are going to do and how they are going to do it and ask them to put it in writting. This give the consumer some leverage to push for performance if they feel like the agent is not spending enough time on working for them.
