I have been working as a therapist for over thirty years in mental health and addiction medicine. I believe that people CAN change and through counseling and positive support they can be successful. I believe recovery is found using cognitive challenging, reframing and refocusing. I can also offer spiritual counseling to clients who are interested in counseling that integrates Christian principles.
